Whole Haul

Terms of Use

Effective November 1, 2026

What Whole Haul is

Whole Haul is an iPhone app run by Ronald Padilla, an individual ("we"). It uses AI to write meal plans, grocery lists and recipes from the answers you give. You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Your licence to use the app

Your licence to use the app is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms add to it. Apple is not responsible for the service and has no duty to give support for it. If these Terms and Apple's agreement conflict about the licence, Apple's agreement wins.

Allergies

Plans and recipes are written by AI and can be wrong. Ingredient and allergen information may be wrong or missing.

We can't guarantee that any plan, recipe or grocery item is free of an allergen. Whole Haul works to avoid the allergies you list and flags ingredients worth a second look, but it can miss things.

Always read labels. Check each ingredient yourself. Talk to your doctor about your allergies.

Not medical advice

Whole Haul does not give medical or nutrition advice. Storage times and cooking directions are estimates, so use your own judgment about food safety. Prices, store details and trip plans are estimates too.

Weekly plans

Weekly plans may sometimes fail or be skipped, for example if your answers aren't complete, you haven't agreed to AI data sharing, or our service is down.

Using Whole Haul fairly

Don't misuse the app. That means no breaking the law, no trying to break into or overload our systems, no trying to get around limits (including by making new accounts), and no using the app to make content that harms others. We may limit or end access if you do.

What you enter

You own what you type. You let us use it, and send it to Anthropic as described in the Privacy Policy, to write your plans. Please don't put anything in your notes you wouldn't want processed that way.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause or stop Whole Haul or any part of it. We'll try to give notice of big changes.

No warranties

Whole Haul is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for your needs.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for harm from relying on a plan or recipe, including an allergic reaction or food-related illness. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida will handle disputes, except where the law of your home state says otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the update.
